The Cutteslowe Helen Hamlyn Healthy Ageing Hub for Seniors

Every Tuesday. It starts at 11.00 for gentle exercises, it finishes at approx at 2pm

The Helen Hamlyn Cutteslowe Healthy Ageing Hub for Seniors is an exciting new initiative designed to support older people to live healthier, more independent lives within their community. The hub is a strong collaboration between Oxford University who developed the research of the Elderly People’s Integrated Care System (EPICS), The Helen Hamlyn Trust who have generously supported this project, and local community partners Cutteslowe Connected Church and Summertown Clinic.

Each week we start with gentle armchair exercises or Mahjong, then a healthy lunch followed by an afternoon activity which changes every week. Guests are welcome to come for all or part of the day.
